This is what I found out happened to good ole #hktvb. So they get screwed over on a arbitrary TOS violation for running fserves on #efnet. And kept the money. Classic:

I Came through the acky.net website to know about aeternamtech.com. I signed up for an account with them and found that Chloe, one of their sale people, are very nice and helpful. I wanted to support them so I signed up for another one in another box within their network. Everything WERE very nice until this afternoon, one of my ident's bots got killed. I tried to log back in and the passwd was changed. Btw, I paid 6 months for this ident. I came to the channel aeternamtech to ask for help. Dna_cell was very nice to me but he could not help much since he has to help his dad on something .. Then nick pgpkeys came in .. and below was our conversation.

This admin was very rude .. it is like i am a criminal .. At least he should show something or listen or explan .. what happened.. I DONOT KNOW ANYONE OUSIDE MY CHANNEL. I donot know any hitman nor any Opers .. .. and he just banned me like that.

I paid for this account in April 16 .. for 6 months of survices ..

Does anyone out there who happen to know the real OWNER of Aeternamtech .. or someone who has the authority to take a closer look into my case.. because I really think that there is a mistake somewhere .. I am sure pgpkeys would not explain or say anything about my account and I donot know what level of admin he is in aeternamtech .

I donot know much about bots
and my bots are to ban spammers.. since I have a ban list of almost 500 bans .. and all 500 bans are for spammers ..

I donot know how and why the poor bots ended up with hitman and opers and problem with pgpkeys.

Pliz someone out there pliz help ..
I do not know where to post to help ..and I could not find any phone number of aeternamtech to call .. so this is the only place I can post for help.
